This document reports a steady brightness behaviour. The behaviour was spotted during an observation on Sun, 12/01/2014 UTC through video recording taken under good sky conditions. The satellite was continuously observed for 50 s while it was moving (around 0.5 deg/s) toward North-East. Over the interval of 50 s the brightness was steady at magnitude -3 (uncertainty 1 mag., estimated by experience). The centre of the observed steady behaviour was at 05:56:12 +/- 1 s. Cygnus was following the ISS about 9 s behind.
